Ember Moon on the mend.
On Tuesday's episode of WWE Backstage, Ember Moon confirmed she suffered an Achilles injury and is out indefinitely. "I basically ruptured my Achilles and tore it off the bone," she said. Moon was sporting a walking boot on her right leg as a result of the injury. News of the injury was first reported by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, who noted Moon had suffered a leg injury, but wasn't sure if it was an ankle or Achilles injury. There is no timetable for her return.
Moon last wrestled on the Sept. 23 episode of WWE Raw, losing to Lacey Evans.
Moon has had tough luck with injuries this year as she suffered an elbow injury in the 2019 Women's Royal Rumble, which kept her out of action until WrestleMania 35.
