-CM Punk was backstage at this week's show, but kept a much lower profile than previous visits. Many within NXT were not aware of his presence until photos began making the rounds.

- The backstage reaction to the show was largely positive, with one source noting that 'everyone was happy' with the episode.

-Tatum Paxley popped out of a hidden compartment during NXT to rush Roxanne Perez. Paxley entered the hidden compartment underneath the stands for the segment.

- Carmelo Hayes was not present at Tuesday's taping.

- The recent influx of pre-taped vignettes are expected to continue throughout the roster, as NXT officials have been happy with the response to the segments.

- Arianna Grace and Gigi Dolin's low blow spot was one that caught many off guard but both women were credited with selling the rare finish.
