It would seem that WWE Smackdown can't move to Tuesdays soon enough. The last episode of Smackdown set to air on Thursdays drew among their lowest numbers ever.
Thursday's episode of Smackdown averaged 2.068 million viewers, which was down from last week's 2.241 million viewers.This represents a solid 8% drop in viewership for their last taped show.
While Smackdown was the top rated show in the 18-49 demographic, it was among the least viewed episodes of Smackdown since the show moved to the USA Network. It's also among the lowest viewership WWE has ever received from a Thursday night Smackdown broadcast, dating all the way back to the first Thursday Smackdown broadcast in 1999.
