The finals have been set!
During the March 8 episode of NXT 2.0, Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro faced Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray in a semi-finals match of the 2022 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The winning team would advance to the finals at NXT Stand & Deliver where Wendy Choo and Dakota Kai would be awaiting them.
Carter and Catanzaro controlled the majority of the match, coming close to ending the match on a few different occasions. The bout came to an end when after Io threw Carter into the steps on the outside, she and KLR hit a slam and moonsault for the win.
Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray will face Wendy Choo and Dakota Kai in the finals of the Dusty Cup at Stand & Deliver on April 2.
