A staple in the junior heavyweight division and a returning star will do battle.
NJPW selected some of the best junior heavyweights from around the world to compete in the 'Best Of The Super Juniors 25' tournament which concluded last night. Block A of the tournament was won by the revamped 'Bone Soldier' and newest member of 'Bullet Club' Taiji Ishimorii who went 5-2 in his group.
Both competitors tallied up 10 points in the tournament to secure their spots in the finals of the 'Best Of The Super Juniors 25'. Taiji Ishimorii & Hiromu Takahashi will square off on June 4th and the winner of their bout will have earned themselves the opportunity to challenge Will Ospreay for his IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship at NJPW's 'Dominion' event on June 9th. Taiji Ishimori has recent history with Ospreay as he attacked "The Aerial Assassin" at 'Wrestling Dontaku' last month after Ospreay's battle with KUSHIDA over the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title.
