GFW suspended their World Champion, Alberto El Patron earlier this month, and according to the company, that hasn't changed.

El Patron was under investigation for domestic assault after an incident with his fiancee, former WWE Divas Champion Paige, before being cleared by police. However, Global Force Wrestling hasn't lifted his suspension just yet.
El Patron commented on the matter yesterday, saying that he expected to be cleared eventually.
