Hiromu Takahashi is on his way back.
Hiromu took to social media to announce that the doctor has given him permission to come back. He had been sidelined with a torn pectoral since February, forcing him to vacate the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.
Takahashi sustained the injury on February 19 when he teamed with Shingo Takagi against Kota Ibushi & Tomoaki Honma.
It is unknown when Hiromu will have his return bout.
El Desperado won the vacant title by defeating BUSHI and El Phantasmo at NJPW Castle Attack night two. He is set to defend the title against Robbie Eagles at NJPW Wrestle Grand Slam on July 25.
