Jinder Mahal went under the knife once again.
Taking to Instagram, Mahal posted a new photo showing his leg wrapped with the caption, "Unfortunately, I had to go under the knife again to fix some knee issues. The journey has hit a speed bump, but I will be back stronger than ever."
Mahal had been out of action since June 2019 with a knee injury but returned on the April 27 episode of WWE Raw to defeat Akira Tozawa. That marked his first and last Raw appearance since his return. Mahal also wrestled a couple of matches on Main Event, with the last one taping on May 22.
The severity of this injury and surgery is unknown. No timetable was provided and it is unknown when he will return to the ring.
