Kairi Sane shares a story about Io.
Last night at NXT TakeOver XXV, Io Shirai came close to capturing the NXT Women's Championship from Shayna Baszler but ultimately it was Shayna tapping Io out to continue her reign as the Women's Champion of NXT. Following the show, Kairi Sane took to Twitter and shared a story about her close friend Io Shirai that had to do with Io comforting Kairi when she went into anaphylactic shock. Kairi noted that Shirai kept her company and continued to encourage her. Shirai later noted on Twitter that she will continue pursuing the NXT Women's Title.
Actually a few months ago, I went to the ER due to anaphylactic shock. I was able to overcome it because my best friend, @shirai_io helped me.
