Kavita Devi Describes The Upcoming WWE Tryouts In India As A "Game Changer"

Kavita Devi shares some of her experiences thus far in WWE and talks the forthcoming Mumbai tryouts.

This month, the staff of the WWE Performance Center and other employees of the company will be heading to Mumbai, India to host WWE tryouts. Fellow Indian WWE wrestlers Saurav Gurjar and Kavita Devi have expressed their excitement about the forthcoming tryouts in recent interviews that they've done. Kavita Devi further expressed her excitement while speaking with 'Times Now News' and said that the tryouts will be a game-changer for wrestling in India.

"Yes, definitely this will be a game-changer. We can even see examples of that as several boys and girls are coming out and participating in it. This is just the first time it has happened and still, the response has been great. In the coming period, I am sure that more wrestlers are going to take part in it." She said.

Kavita Devi went on to describe the WWE Performance Center to the outlet. She said that there are world class athletes and coaches there and further elaborated on WWE's state-of-the-art facility.

"The Performance Center in Florida has both male and female coaches. There are a lot of different schedules we have to follow." She continued, "There is a ring, a gym and a separate medical staff. Even if we travel for shows, everything is taken care of by the WWE. There are other athletes with us, who also make us feel comfortable. Only a select number of people from the world come to the WWE Performance Center and they are coached by world-class wrestlers."
