Kevin Fertig Files To Trademark 'Mordecai' And 'Kevin Thorn'

The former Mordecai is filing to trademark his old gimmicks.

On March 12, Kevin Fertig filed to trademark "Mordecai" and "Kevin Thorn." Fertig used both gimmicks during his time in WWE. The Mordecai gimmick was used in 2004 while he played Thorn in 2006 as part of WWE ECW.
