Mark Henry Explains Why Sheamus Is ‘A Great Example For Young Guys’ In The Wrestling Industry

Mark Henry discusses Sheamus, noting how the former WWE Champion sets ‘a great example for young guys’ in the wrestling industry.

Throughout his professional wrestling career in WWE, Sheamus had virtually been a top guy in the company from the moment he made his debut on the WWE main roster, quickly becoming WWE champion and capturing championship after championship with the company until this year, where it was reported by Fightful Select that the ‘Celtic Warrior’ would be exiting the company later this year.

While speaking to Sportskeeda in a new interview, Mark Henry briefly spoke about Sheamus, noting that the former WWE Champion sets a great example for the younger guys in the industry.

“He’s the example of hard work and change in his body. He was–he–he was smooth, he was not muscular and he made himself who he became and I think that’s a great example for young guys,”
