What will transpire tonight during the blue-brand's show?
Tonight's edition of SmackDown Live will be broadcasted from the 'Bell Centre' in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The crowd is fresh off an episode of Monday Night RAW and have three more hours of action coming towards them again with SmackDown Live and 205 Live.
WWE.com has one match and two segments advertised on the website for tonight's episode of SmackDown. One of the three notes that the current WWE United States Champion Jeff Hardy will be guest appearing on 'Miz TV'.
At the 'Greatest Royal Rumble' event AJ Styles put his WWE Championship on the line against Shinsuke Nakamura in a match that resulted in a double count-out due to the the two men's pure dislike of one another. It was later revealed that at WWE's 'Backlash' PPV this upcoming Sunday AJ Styles will once again put the WWE Championship on the line against his former friend-turned bitter enemy. Following their match at the 'Greatest Royal Rumble' Styles put a beat down on Nakamura and now, Shinsuke is demanding a public apology from the "Phenomenal One" tonight on SmackDown Live.
Also, a six-woman tag team match has been announced as the trio of former Women's Champions; Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch & Asuka will take on 'The IIconics' (Peyton Royce & Billie Kay) and the current SmackDown Live Women's Champion Carmella.
