Mickie James Undergoing Knee Surgery On 7/16

Mickie James is set to undergo surgery tomorrow.

Former 6-time WWE Women's Champion Mickie James confirmed on Instagram Live last month that she needed to have surgery after suffering a torn ACL at a live event in Waco, Texas on June 1st. Mickie's husband, NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis shared on Twitter that Mickie is undergoing surgery tomorrow and asked for everyone to keep the 20 year veteran in their thoughts and prayers.

Prior to the Waco, Texas live event, Mickie James last wrestled at WrestleMania 35 in the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal. Mickie recently made an appearance on WTRV of Richmond, Virginia to promote her music.

James took to Instagram several days ago and expressed that she misses being the ring.
