MJF Teases Appearing At UFC 282, Says He's More Than Game To Knock Paddy Pimblett Out

Following his exchange with Paddy Pimblett, MJF is considering making an appearance at UFC's event on December 10.

MJF, the reigning AEW World Champion, and the UFC fighter traded barbs on social media on November 22, as "The Baddy" told MJF to let him know if he wanted a real fight. MJF countered by calling Pimblett a dollar store Conor McGregor and saying he wouldn't last two seconds in a wrestling ring.

Pimblett is scheduled to fight at UFC 282 in December. Speaking with Marc Raimondi of ESPN, MJF stated that the AEW World Champion making an appearance at the show could be a possibility.

"I wouldn't be shocked if the AEW world champion shows up on Dec. 10 in Vegas," MJF said.

The AEW World Champion went on to detail his issue with Pimblett by saying that he's tired of wrestling being treated like a stunt show. He repeated his claim that Pimblett wouldn't even last two seconds in the ring with him. MJF then stated that wrestlers are real fighters.

"I'm sick and tired of people talking about pro wrestling as if it's some f---ing stunt show. The fact of the matter is Paddy 'The Prima Donna' Pimblett would not last two seconds in a professional wrestling ring with me. Maybe not even one. This fat, moon-faced prick, Will-from-Stranger-Things-looking a--hole dollar store Conor McGregor decided he needed to chirp up and say, 'Oh, wrestling is fake.' Let me tell you something. We are real fighters. They are prima donnas."

MJF wondered whether "Paddy the Baddy" is worth his time, and if the matter isn't urgent, a potential showdown could wait until AEW's London debut in 2023. The AEW made it clear that if Pimblett wants to take a shot at him, he'd be happy to knock him out.

"Pro wrestling is a dangerous, dangerous sport, and there is no one more dangerous than MJF. I can assure you when we come to London in 2023, if Paddy shows his face, he's going to find out that a Scouser is no match for a Long Islander. Because I'm better than him and he knows it. There's a target on my back at all times. Like I said, if 'Paddy the Baddy' thinks he can aim at that target and hit it, I am more than game. More than game to knock that guy out," MJF said.
