More On Tessa Blanchard/MLW Situation
Update on the Tessa/CMLL/MLW story.
At the start of this month, Major League Wrestling announced Tessa Blanchard for its September 12 tapings. CMLL later issued a statement, saying their deal was valid for just one day. Tessa was later interviewed by TMZ, where she shared her goals regarding her MLW debut.
Later, the wrestler was announced for a CMLL event on the same day as her MLW debut, which ultimately didn’t take place.
Now, Fightful Select reported the following regarding this situation:
“Regarding the Tessa Blanchard-MLW situation, @FightfulSelect was told that CMLL should not have been as caught off guard by it as they appeared. TMZ sources told @FightfulEspanol that CMLL reps were actually on the interview call with her.”
