MVP is going to stay with WWE for some time.
The long-time veteran announced on social media that he has come to terms with WWE on a multi-year deal. Exact details on the new deal were not revealed.
MVP returned to WWE earlier this year as a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble. He then had one match against Rey Mysterio the following night on Raw, which was supposed to be his last WWE match as he then transitioned into a backstage role with the company.
He would soon quickly return to television and eventually wrestled again. MVP has been in a feud with current United States Champion Apollo Crews and now the two of them will have a rematch for the title at SummerSlam later this month. Fightful will have live coverage of SummerSlam.
