Natalya goes in-depth about helping others and loving to give back.
In current WWE RAW star Natalya's last two blogs, she wrote about the powerful positivity that has been added to WWE now that former Universal Champion Roman Reigns has returned. Natalya, Roman, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor visited UMPC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh this past Monday ahead of RAW and had the opportunity to hang out with some of the kids and brighten up their day. Natalya blogged about that experience in her latest post for the Calgary Sun and mentioned how it was inspiring to see Roman Reigns shining a light on some of the kids' day knowing that he is fresh off a battle with Leukemia.
(Here's an excerpt from the blog:)
It was so inspiring to be able to visit this hospital with Roman in particular. Roman has battled leukemia twice in his life — including very recently — and I’m proud to say he’s beaten it both times. It gave me a totally different perspective on giving back watching Roman meet these kids, hug them, high-five them, talk to them and bring them hope. He was so amazing with those kids.
I saw Roman in a different light in those moments. Roman was such a hero to many even before his second diagnosis. But now, here he was, just weeks after beating the disease himself, inspiring children around the world to have hope and to keep fighting. It was truly powerful and moving. We all need hope and hope is a good thing. Hope keeps us going. Roman offers us that hope.
I can’t put into words what this day means to me at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. These visits are so special in so many different ways. Each kid we met has so much courage and strength. Hope is a powerful thing and we all need it. We love you, Rocco! @ConnorsCure pic.twitter.com/Jg7UH2eKD6— Nattie (@NatbyNature) March 11, 2019
This is one of my favorite moments from yesterday’s visit at the Children’s Hospital Of Pittsburgh. This little girl, Tommy, touched me so much. She was shy when we first came to visit her and then I showed her funny pictures of 2Pawz and she was all smiles. -- pic.twitter.com/14DpMmhTJY— Nattie (@NatbyNature) March 12, 2019
