Speaking during a Pro Wrestling Junkies Q&A, Marshall commented on the two new recruits.

"Aaron Solow is someone that has been around a very long time, just floating. He was never fully signed to any company. I met Aaron back in 2013 when I was with Ring of Honor, he did a couple of Independent shows for me in Florida. In October, he spoke to Cody and I. He did some Dark stuff for us and he said 'I really want to make this my full-time job.' I said to him, 'You must be missing something, let's figure out what that is.' He said, 'I'm going to move to Georgia for a month. I want to come to the facility and be around you guys and figure it out together.' He did just that and really impressed at TV. The best way to describe him is, he's not someone that jumps right out at you, but over time, you can appreciate all the good that he does. He's just a great human being as well and something that, when Cody thought about the addition to the brand, Aaron Solow was someone that fit the brand," said Marshall.

On the subject of Comoroto, Marshall commented, "Nick Comoroto on the other hand is someone that I met a long time ago when I was coaching at the monster factory. He looked the exact same at the age of 23, I think he's 28. He's someone that does pop out at you. He got used for NXT at one point, we always stayed in touch and I always tried to guide him over the years. That was a natural fit. It was just a matter of getting him around the right people and letting them see what I had already seen many years ago."

Both Comoroto and Solow were in action on Tuesday's AEW Dark. You can find out how both men performed by checking out Fightful's full report on the show by clicking here.
