Report: Kyle O'Reilly Officially A Free Agent

Kyle O'Reilly is onto the next chapter.

Kyle O'Reilly was part of one of the staple acts in the black and gold NXT. As one-fourth of the Undisputed ERA, Kyle was associated with NXT's upper-echelon, competing in TakeOver's regularly. Kyle’s original Undisputed ERA brethren, Adam Cole and Bobby Fish, are both with All Elite Wrestling now.

O'Reilly’s future in WWE was in doubt, with O'Reilly being offered a contract, having not re-signed as of WarGames. Now, a new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider says Kyle O'Reilly's a free agent. As, along with Johnny Gargano, their NXT deals have come to an end.

Reportedly, as of December 10, WWE removed Johnny Gargano and Kyle O'Reilly from their internal roster.

Kyle O'Reilly had previously said “smell ya later” to the NXT brand after losing a steel cage match to Von Wagner on December 7. After NXT on December 7, Kyle O'Reilly and Johnny Gargano embraced in the ring and were seen being embraced by Shawn Michaels, the vice president of talent development and one of the key individuals behind WWE NXT.

Johnny Gargano reopened his Pro Wrestling Tees website following his WWE departure. As of yet, Kyle has made any official moves following his WWE exit.
