Ring of Honor aired the 40th episode of ROH TV on November 28, 2023. The event aired on HonorClub.

The show was headlined by Eddie Kingston facing Lee Johnson in a Proving Ground Match. Additionally, Billie Starkz faced Marina Shafir, and two Survival Of The Fittest Qualifiers were set. The full results are listed below.

ROH on HonorClub - Episode 40 (11/30/2023)

  • Athena hosted another "Minion Meeting" backstage with Lexy Nair & Billie Starkz. Athena demanded Starkz to take care of Marina Shafir tonight. Athena then called out ROH World Champion Eddie Kingston and demanded to be treated with the respect she deserved. This led seamlessly to the opening contest, featuring "The Mad King" Eddie Kingston.
  • ROH World Championship - Proving Ground Match: Eddie Kingston def. Lee Johnson.
  • The Infantry (Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo) def. The Boys (Brandon Tate & Brent Tate).
  • Rachael Ellering was interviewed backstage by Lexy Nair, but she was interrupted by Maria Kanellis-Bennett. Maria asked why Ellering did not check on Leyla Hirsh, but Ellering refuted by asking Kanellis why she spoke with The Renegades. Leyla Hirsh thanked Kanellis for checking on her but did ask Kanellis why she spoke with The Renegades, but Kanellis said she only introduced herself to the sisters.
  • Emi Sakura def. Trish Adora.
  • Leyla Hirsh (w/ Rachael Ellering & Maria Kanellis-Bennett) def. Heather Reckless.
  • Willie Mack def. Robert Henry.
  • Billie Starkz def. Marina Shafir.
    • Billie Starkz attacked Shafir after the match.
    • Athena & Lexy Nair came to the ring with a Graduation Robe for Starkz. Athena revealed that it was an impromptu MIT Graduation Ceremony. Athena said that Lexy Nair was revealed to become the Minion Number Bestie after graduation as "Minion Valedictorian". Starkz confronted Athena after the ceremony, telling Athena that she was ready. Athena told Starkz to leave the ring because it was Nair's time tonight. Stark proceeded to attack Athena afterward, taking Athena's title.
  • Survival of the Fittest TV Title Eliminator Match: Dalton Castle (w/ Brandon Tate & Brent Tate) def. Evil Uno (w/ "Negative One" Brodie Lee Jr).
  • Lexy Nair & Tony Khan were backstage before Billie Starkz interrupted them. Starkz immediately demanded Khan a shot at the ROH Women's Title, which Khan granted for Final Battle.
  • Brandon Cutler & Colt Cabana def. GPA & Trevor Outlaw.
  • Survival of the Fittest TV Title Eliminator Match: Komander def. Gringo Loco.
  • Lexy Nair interviewed Tony Nese, Mark Sterling & Jerry Lynn. Sterling tried to make sure he was at ringside for Nese's match against Ethan Page. Page interrupted and immediately argued with Nese. Lynn booked Nese & Page to have their rematch, with Sterling being forced to be attached to the ring post. They will sign the contract for the match next week.
  • La Faccion Ingobernable (Dralistico & Preston Vance) (w/ Jose The Assistant) def. SAP (Angelico & Serpentico).
  • Nyla Rose def. Zoey Lynn.
  • The Butcher & The Blade def. Iron Savages (Boulder & Bronson) (w/ Jacked Jameson).
  • Brian Cage (w/ Prince Nana) def. Action Andretti.
