The show was headlined by a rematch of NXT Stand & Deliver, with Bron Breakker aiming to regain the NXT Championship against the NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes.
Elsewhere on the card, Tiffany Stratton & Lyra Valkyria battle to crown a new NXT Women's Champion, Dragon Lee challenged Noam Dar for the NXT Heritage Cup, Wes Lee defended the NXT North American Title against Joe Gacy & the "BIG STRONG BOI" Tyler Bate, Gallus aimed to retain their NXT Tag Titles against The Creed Brothers, and Ilja Dragunov aimed to take out DIJAK in a Last Man Standing Match.
