  • After a video package recapping the events of the 2/16 edition of SmackDown, Corey Graves & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • Tiffany Stratton def. Liv Morgan.
    • Bianca Belair was at ringside for the match.
  • Drew McIntyre was interviewed by Kayla Braxton, but he was interrupted by Bobby Lashley. Lashley said that it was comical that McIntyre would think he had a shot at winning the elimination chamber before stating that he would repeat the events of WrestleMania 37 on Saturday.
  • There was a vignette of Cedric Alexander & Ashante Adonis trying out some outfits, including Alexander wearing an outfit that made him look like will.i.am of The Black Eye Peas.
  • There was a video package of Jimmy Uso attacking Jey Uso from the 2/19 edition of Monday Night Raw.
  • Roman Reigns was with Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa backstage. Jimmy told Reigns that Heyman designed the play to attack Jey Uso & Seth Rollins, but Reigns told Jimmy he was the one who made the call. Heyman interrupted and told Reigns that Grayson Waller was outside.
  • Bron Breakker def. Dante Chen.
  • Kayla Braxton interviewed The Judgment Day (JD McDonagh, Dominik Mysterio and WWE Tag Team Champions Finn Balor & Damian Priest), where Balor & Priest said that Dominik & JD would damage the New Catch Republic and would pick up the bones at the Elimination Chamber.
  • Elektra Lopez met with Cruz del Toro & Joaquin Wilde, saying that they had their situation coming. This interaction was all a setup, as this led to Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Angel Garza & Berto Carrillo) attacking Wilde & Del Toro backstage.
  • New Catch Republic (Tyler Bate & Pete Dunne) def. Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh).
    • Finn Balor & Damian Priest tried to attack Dunne & Bate, but they evaded them and laid out McDonagh & Dominik once again.
  • There was a video package hyping out the Mens Elimination Chamber ahead of the event "Elimination Chamber Perth".
  • Grayson Waller, Austin Theory & WWE United States Champion Logan Paul were speaking backstage before they were interrupted by Kevin Owens, who told Paul he was looking forward to seeing him bring the brass knuckles to Australia and make fun of Theory being shirtless. Paul Heyman met with Grayson Waller and told him that Roman Reigns wanted to see him.
  • Authors Of Pain (Akam & Rezar) (w/ Scarlett, Karrion Kross & Paul Ellering) def. Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) (w/ Bobby Lashley & B-Fab).
  • Dakota Kai was in the trainer's room before Bayley met her. Kai told Bayley they would make Damage CTRL pay for their "attack".
  • Grayson Waller met with The Bloodline (Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa & Roman Reigns) backstage ahead of him interviewing Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins on Elimination Chamber. The camera cut off before Reigns told anything to Waller.
  • Drew McIntyre def. LA Knight (via Disqualification).
    • Kevin Owens & United States Champion Logan Paul were in the broadcast team for the match.
    • All six participants came to the ring and brawled with each other, but it ended with Randy Orton hitting the RKO on McIntyre. Orton stood tall to end the broadcast.
