Rey Mysterio Says He Still Has CM Punk’s Hair In A Ziploc Bag After Shaving His Head In 2010
Rey Mysterio says he has saved some of CM Punk’s hair after shaving his head.
At Over the Limit 2010, Rey Mysterio and CM Punk battled in a Straight Edge Society pledge vs. Hair match. Mysterio won, and as a result, he shaved Punk’s head in front of the fans.
Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm, Mysterio talked about his feud with CM Punk in WWE. During the conversation, Mysterio said that he’s still kept a part of Punk’s shaved head.
“It was very fun being able to shave his hair. I actually still have part of his hair and a little Ziploc bag with the date on it, which is what we would do back in Mexico if you won a mask or you won a hair versus another opponent, you would save at least… I learned this from my uncle. I would put the hair in a little Ziploc bag, put a tape over it. Then I would put the date of the match who I wrestled and it’s there. I have a photo album and everything’s there.”
