- Jeff Hardy gave the following postmatch comments.

- The top rope exploded thanks to the power of Keith Lee. Lee & Sheamus defeated Miz & Morrison in tag team competition. After the bout, Sheamus and Lee were no longer friends and wrestled each other. Lee picked up the victory.

- Kofi Kingston was not on WWE Raw due to what was announced as a broken jaw.

- Bobby Lashley made short work of Riddle in a United States Championship match. Riddle faced MVP after the loss and won thanks to interference by Lashley.

- Drew McIntyre accepted Goldberg's challenge for WWE Royal Rumble.

- Drew Gulak tried and failed to enter himself into the WWE Royal Rumble. He had an opportunity to earn a spot in the Rumble, but lost to AJ Styles.

- Four wrestlers (Keith Lee, Sheamus, Jeff Hardy, and Riddle) wrestled twice on the show.

- Keith Lee and Sheamus spoke after Raw.
