A new match has been added to the Fastlane main card.
During a backstage segment on the Fastlane kickoff show, Carmella and Zelina Vega got into an argument about whether R-Truth or Andrade should receive the next United States Championship match. The new and current United States Champion Samoa Joe came into the picture and made it clear that he has no problem defending his title against anyone and it was announced shortly after that tonight at Fastlane, Joe will defend the U.S. Title in a Fatal 4-Way against Rey Mysterio, R-Truth and Andrade.

Rey Mysterio and Anrdade were originally scheduled to have a singles match on the kickoff show but both men are now a part of the main card. It was noted within the Fightful Select service that there were talks within WWE throughout the weekend about making a change to the pre-show lineup.
