Sasha Banks and Bayley might be bitter enemies following Bayley turning on her former best friend. But this is WWE, where enemies one day means you are friends the next.
Speaking to Charlotte Wilder, Sasha was asked about the possibility of her and Bayley becoming friends again.
Giving a somewhat in-character reply, Banks said, "Knowing WWE, absolutely. It is so crazy here. Do you not know what I do for a living? Of course. We will be best friends, probably by tomorrow. This is WWE. They'll probably make us get married. Who knows. Maybe next year. It's WWE."
Banks defeated Bayley at WWE Hell in a Cell to capture the SmackDown Women's Championship and then successfully defend the belt against Bayley on SmackDown.
When asked for her favorite opponent, Banks named her former best friend.
"She brings something so different, but at the same time, she makes me so nervous because she's so good. I'm like, 'whoa, slow down. I'm the greatest.' I have to go [raises hand] when I think about matches with her. I don't want to say I'm lowering myself with other people, I just have to go way up and beyond and above when I wrestle her," she said.
She also named Asuka as one of her favorite opponents.
Banks is set to defend her SmackDown Women's Title against Carmella at WWE TLC.
