Hell on Heels is coming to NWA Empowerrr.
NWA announced that Heel on Heels (Sahara 7 & Renee Michelle) will compete in the NWA Women's Tag Team Title tournament at NWA Empowerrr on August 28. They are the second team announced for the tournament.
Mickie James previously announced that the NWA Women's Tag Team Titles would return at Empowerrr. Four teams are set to compete in the tournament. The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle) have been previously announced.
The NWA Women's Tag Team Titles were introduced in the 1950s, but were retired in 1984 when the titles were sold to the WWF, at which point the WWF Women's Tag Team Championships were created. Princess Victoria & Velvet McIntyre were the final NWA Women's Tag Team Champions.
