Seth Rollins: I'd Rather John Cena Write My Promo Than Paul Heyman; One Drew Money, The Other Stole

Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns have engaged in a war of words ahead of their showdown at WWE Royal Rumble.

During their promo battles, they have referenced their Shield past and taken personal shots as, playing off their history and relationship. In one instance, Reigns called out Rollins for using the same material as John Cena.

“I’d much rather Cena write my promo than Paul Heyman,” Rollins said in an interview with Ryan Glasspiegel of the New York Post. “One of those guys drew major money and the other stole money.”

When asked if he did want to follow in the footsteps of Cena and try his hand at Hollywood, Rollins replied, "If it happens, it happens. I don’t have a ton of aspirations as far as Hollywood is concerned and being in commercials or movies. If it comes it comes. I’m not going to force that sort of thing. I always love to see people like John Cena, Batista, The Rock and my wife Becky Lynch do things outside of WWE, but I’m very content in doing what I’m doing.”

While making the media rounds ahead of WWE Royal Rumble, Rollins discussed name-dropping Jon Moxley during a promo with Reigns. You can find his full comments on mentioning Moxley by clicking here.
