Seth Rollins Would Like To Test Himself In A Match Against Kenny Omega

Seth Rollins names Kenny Omega as the one man outside of WWE who he would like to face.

Appearing on The Show on Rock 105.3, Rollins was asked who he would like to face that isn't currently in WWE. Rollins wasted no time in naming the reigning IWGP Heavyweight Champion.

Minnesota SE President Says City Is Not Hosting WrestleMania 41 'Due To A Change In Direction By New Ownership'

"Kenny and I worked in Ring of Honor for a short period of time. We've never officially had a one-on-one match. The question was 'if I could have a match with anybody outside of WWE, who would it be?' The obvious answer was Kenny Omega. I'm all about testing myself against the absolute best."

Rollins and Omega have not had a one-on-one bout, but they were in a triple threat bout, which also included Daniel Bryan, against each other in 2008 at ROH Bound by Hate. A bout between Rollins and Omega is unlikely to happen anytime soon as Rollins is currently under contract with WWE. Omega is currently under contract with NJPW, although he is set to become a free agent this month. While his name has popped up in WWE rumors, it's more likely that Omega stays with NJPW or joins All Elite Wrestling.
