At tonight's NXT tapings at Full Sail, the brand announced Johnny Gargano's first NXT Title defense at the upcoming TakeOver special.

Adam Cole will challenge Johnny Gargano for the NXT Title at the next TakeOver event. In a promo alongside the other members of Undisputed ERA, Cole challenged Gargano for the NXT Title at TakeOver. It didn't take long for Gargano to accept the challenge, making the match official for TakeOver.
However, the location and date of the next TakeOver event were not given. Back in March, Triple H announced on a media call that NXT would hold a TakeOver special on June 8 in San Jose as a standalone event, meaning there would be no other WWE specials that weekend. However, the event was never made official in any other capacity. Furthermore, WWE just announced that they will return to Saudi Arabia on June 7.
