Could we see a rematch between Christopher Daniels and actor Stephen Amell?
The Arrow star tweeted to Daniels telling him to hit him up next year, saying it might be time to run it back. This is a reference to their match back at the All In pay-per-view in 2018 in which Daniels beat Amell in Amell's first singles match.
Prior to the match between Amell and Daniels had a couple of matches, both non-singles. The first one was at SummerSlam 2015 when he teamed with Neville (now PAC) to face King Barrett and Stardust (now Cody in AEW). After that, Amell teamed with Cody, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks to face Flip Gordon, Scorpio Sky, Frankie Kazarian and Daniels at ROH Survival Of The Fittest in 2017.
Amell and Cody are friends with Cody having made appearances on multiple episodes of Arrow and Amell appeared alongside him at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view.
Last year, Amell signed on to star in "Heels," an 8-episode drama series at Starz that follows a family-owned wrestling promotion in Georgia. Amell will portray Jack, who owns the Duffy Wrestling Association and wrestles there as a heel while trying to build up the promotion behind the scenes.
