Steve Austin: Brock Selling For Braun "Is Like Hamlet In A Shakespeare Play"

Stone Cold says WWE and Brock Lesnar have made Braun Strowman look great.

After WWE Summerslam, Stone Cold Steve Austin had a lot to say about the main event. The match was a fatal four-way between WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, Samoa Joe, Roman Reigns, and Braun Strowman. On his podcast, Austin spoke highly of the match and the participants. He especially took note of how Lesnar made Strowman look during the match.

"Everyone of these guys looked like a superstar. Every guy did what they are supposed to do. There were some moments in there where everybody shined. That stuff Braun Strowman did to Brock Lesnar, putting him through the tables then flipping that big table over on Brock," said Austin. "(Brock) selling, holy smokes, Brock Lesnar at almost three hundred pounds is a beast. When that guy goes into sell-mode, it's like Hamlet in a Shakespeare play," he continued.

Austin went on to praise how WWE has presented Strowman as a monster.

"(Strowman) is over; he matters, people respond," said Austin. "He was built as a feature guy in this match. They've got big things planned for him," he added.

Austin loved the presentation of Lesnar and Strowman squaring off and said it excited him for the upcoming Lesnar versus Strowman singles match. He also loved the "hard, physical work" in the match as well. He thought Lesnar should have retained his title but he said Strowman's time as champion is coming.

Lesnar and Strowman are facing each other for Lesnar's WWE Universal Championship at WWE No Mercy. Fightful Wrestling will be providing live coverage and a recapping podcast
