Tony Atlas Wins ISPW Tri-State Title At Age 72

Tony Atlas won his first singles championship in nearly two decades.

At the age of 72 years old, Tony Atlas captured the ISPW Tri-State Championship. The title win took place at ISPW BaseBrawl 2 event at Wallington High School in Wallington, NJ.

Atlas teamed with Mr. Joe Clean against “The Assistant” Angel Reyez and “The A Player” Anthony in a tag team bout. Anthony was the reigning champion, but if he got pinned in the bout, he could lose the title.

Atlas scored the pin over Anthony in the match.

This is Atlas’ first singles title since winning the EWA Heavyweight Championship in 1998.

The event raised money for Wallington Little League.
