The war isn't over.
AEW and NXT ran head-to-head on Tuesday as AEW Dynamite moved days due to the MLB playoffs. AEW's show featured two title changes, Bryan Danielson vs. Swerve Strickland, and Adam Copeland's in-ring debut.
NXT featured appearances by Asuka, Cody Rhodes, John Cena, LA Knight, and The Undertaker.
While many fans enjoyed both shows, Tony Khan wasn't sold on the job Shawn Michaels did with NXT, reacting to a graphic of Michaels with a "Booker of the Year" award.
Actually I'm pretty sure that last night blew whatever chance he had at winning that award.
