During the kick-off show at night two of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, Killian Dain & Drake Maverick earned a shot at the NXT Tag Team Championships by defeating Breezango (Tyler Breeze & Fandango) in tag team competition.
The match was highlighted by the outfits of Breezango and the unique offense of Dain & Maverick. The finish saw Dain powerbombing his partner onto Fandango, leading to the cover.
MSK (Wes Lee & Nash Carter) won the vacant NXT Tag Team Championships at night one of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, defeating Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) and Legado Del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza) in a triple threat match.
