Trinity is excited about her first IMPACT Wrestling pay-per-view.
Trinity, formerly known as Naomi in WWE, made her IMPACT debut on the May 4 episode of IMPACT Wrestling. She will compete at her first IMPACT pay-per-view on May 28, as she still face Gisele Shaw at IMPACT Under Siege. The event will mark her first pay-per-view since WWE WrestleMania 38 in April 2022. She and Sasha Banks walked out of WWE in May 2022, and they were indefinitely suspended. Both women ultimately left the company, as Banks (now known as Mercedes Mone) moved to NJPW and STARDOM while Trinity landed in IMPACT.
Speaking on the Paltrocast With Darren Paltrowitz, Trinity looked forward to her return to pay-per-view and made it clear that she's excited for the match.
"This will be my first pay-per-view in a very long time, so I am extremely excited. I’m extremely pumped about my opponent, Gisele Shaw, ‘The Quintessential Diva’. I think we have a very similar style, and it’s gonna be a very competitive match, and I’m really excited about that. I think it’s gonna be one hell of a show. I think this one’s gonna be one for the books, my first pay-per-view with IMPACT," Trinity said.
When asked whether winning the IMPACT Knockouts World Championship is her goal, Trinity stated that is her ultimate objective, but for now, she is still learning her opponents and feeling things out. She emphasized that she is very happy in IMPACT.
"Eventually, yes. But I’m still new in IMPACT and feeling things out and learning my opponents and learning the environment, and it’s been very welcoming, it’s been very exciting. I’m very happy there. But yeah, the ultimate goal is to be champion at some point. However long it takes me to get there, I’m gonna make it happen," she said.
