WWE RAW
Brie Bella: Brie announced that she broke her scapula (shoulder blade) during her six-woman tag match at SummerSlam against Toxic Attraction. There is no estimated return date.
Bronson Reed: Reed suffered a Distal Bicep Tear on the 2/23/26 episode of WWE Raw. He was sent to Birmingham, Alabama, per PWInsider. Reed is set to have surgery for his Bicep injury if he hasn’t already. There is no estimated return date.
Logan Paul: On the May 25th, 2026 episode of WWE Raw, Michael Cole announced that Logan Paul would be sidelined “for months” with a torn triceps. On May 27th, Logan posted on his X account that Doctors told him that he would be out for six months. He said he believes he’ll be back sooner. He has appeared on Raw since the injury.

Bianca Belair: Maternity Leave
Chelsea Green: Green announced that she suffered a broken orbital bone on the August 7th, 2026 edition of SmackDown. It has not been determined how much time, if any, she will miss.
Elton Prince: Prince has been out of action with neck fusion surgery. He last wrestled on the June 20th episode of SmackDown. He underwent surgery in January 2026. There is no estimated return date.
Piper Niven: Fightful Select reports that Piper is out of action with a neck injury. Fightful Select was informed that, although the injury is serious, those we spoke to believe she will recover and return. There is no estimated return date.
Rhea Ripley: Ripley announced that she underwent surgery for a right knee injury that she suffered on June 3rd at a WWE Live Event in Lisbon, Portugal. The extent of the injury is unknown, and there is no estimated return date.
Sami Zayn: Zayn mentioned during a segment on the 8/14/26 edition of SmackDown that he has a broken bone in his hand, and that is not a storyline injury. It is unknown whether he will miss any time.
WWE Unassigned:
Omos: Inactive on WWE main roster, working AAA.
WWE NXT:
Chantel Monroe: On Monday, March 16th, Monroe posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed with her foot and ankle wrapped. She captioned the photo, “Can’t keep a diva down for long… be back soon.” There is no estimated return date.
Elio LeFleur: LeFleur is dealing with a shoulder injury and shared that there are tears in his shoulder, and he’ll be out of action for six months. He relinquished the Men’s Speed Title on the 3/31/26 edition of NXT.
Layla Diggs: On July 14th, 2026, Layla Diggs posted on her X account and revealed that she’s dealing with an arm injury, posting a photo of herself in a sling. She captioned the photo, “I’ll be back and I’ll be champion. Thank you guys for all the love.” There is no estimated return date.
AAA
El Hijo del Vikingo: On the 6/30/26 episode of NXT, while prepping for his match against Prosper, he suffered a knee injury. He announced on 7/6/26 that he would undergo surgery. There is no estimated return date.
AEW
Adam Cole: Adam Cole is sidelined from action for the foreseeable future with a concussion-related health issue.
Anna Jay: During the AEW Redemption media call on July 23rd, Tony Khan said that Anna Jay is out injured right now. He said that Anna recently underwent an MRI. Jay is out with an injured shoulder, and her return date is unknown.
Buddy Matthews: In a social media post on 8/6/26, Matthews said he is cleared to compete.
Colt Cabana: Inactive
Deonna Purrazzo: On Tuesday, Purrazzo posted a photo of herself on crutches and in a walking boot. She captioned the photo, “Thanks for all the love & positivity.” She is scheduled to defend her ROH Pure Women’s Championship at ROH Death Before Dishonor against Steph De Lander on 8/21/26
Dr. Britt Baker: Baker is inactive. She last wrestled on the 11/24/24 episode of Dynamite. There is no estimated return date. Fightful reported that she’s physically healthy.
Dustin Rhodes: Dustin announced August 5th that the damage to his knees is so significant that he needs two knee replacement surgeries and will have the surgery on August 21st. There is no estimated return date.
Emi Sakura: Inactive in AEW, but is wrestling in Japan
Hologram: Sustained a knee injury likely to sideline him until 2026. Underwent surgery in November 2025
Isiah Kassidy: It was confirmed to Fightful that both Kassidy and Quen ended up sustaining the same injuries in a tag match against the Death Riders on March 28. There is no estimated return date.
Josh Alexander: Josh Alexander underwent successful surgery for a knee injury. Alexander stated in a social media post that he would need surgery. The extent of the injury is unknown. Alexander seemingly injured himself as he got his knees up to block Bailey’s moonsault knee attack. There is no estimated return date. He did appear at Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling on 8/20.
Keith Lee: Fightful Select reported on 6/8/26 that AEW sources told us that Keith Lee was discussed for a return to AEW programming several months ago, but it hasn’t come to fruition so far. There is still no return date.
Kota Ibushi: Kota fractured his femur at the taping of the 10/08/25 episode of AEW Collision Homecoming. Kota said in a social media post on October 14 that he could be out for two years; however, he added that he did not expect to be out for the full two years.
Leila Grey: Leila Grey revealed on social media that she tore her ACL during the match she had against Mercedes Moné on the December 6th episode of AEW Collision. There is no estimated return date.
Luchasaurus: Sidelined in December 2025 with a shoulder injury. Luchasaurus told Chris Jericho on the Talk is Jericho Podcast that he hopes to return to the ring by the end of the year.
Marq Quen: It was confirmed to Fightful that both Kassidy and Quen ended up sustaining the same injuries in a tag match against the Death Riders on March 28. There is no estimated return date.
Max Caster: Inactive. Max has been wrestling in independents.
Nyla Rose: Inactive; however, she wrestled at GCW Effy’s Big Gay Brunch 11 during WrestleMania 42 weekend.
Paul Wight: Inactive, with no estimated return date. He is doing publicity work for the company.
Penelope Ford: Ford sustained a lower-body injury during her match on the 2/25/26 edition of AEW Dynamite. Ford performed a moonsault to the outside, landing between Willow and Harley. She was seen by medical during the match and was ruled out. On 3/7/26, Tony Khan provided an injury update regarding Ford via his Twitter livestream “Penelope Ford, it looks like, unfortunately, will be out with an injury. Maybe for weeks, but possibly even up to months.” There is no estimated return date
Ruby Soho: Maternity Leave. Announced pregnancy after AEW Dynamite ended on 4/17/24.
Samoa Joe: Samoa Joe announced he would be away from AEW for a few months because “Hollywood came calling.” There is no estimated return date.
Toni Storm: Storm was written off of AEW TV on the Wednesday, March 18 episode of AEW Dynamite. She was laid out in a deliberately non-contact angle. Fightful Select reported that AEW is prepared for her not to be cleared to wrestle through at least 2026. There is no estimated return date.
Wardlow: Fightful Select has confirmed that Wardlow has a torn pectoral muscle. It is believed to have happened during his return at AEW Forbidden Door. Wardlow said in an interview on 4/17/26 that he is close to returning.
TNA
Ash By Elegance: Ash announced on social media that she would have surgery on May 1st, 2026. The reason for the surgery was not disclosed. There is no estimated return date.
Chris Bey: Chris Bey was taken to a hospital with a neck injury and underwent surgery on 10/27/24. Chris Bey revealed that he suffered from paralysis, which he is actively recovering from.
KiLynn King: In December 2023, it was announced that KiLynn had a torn ACL. In a social media post on 8/21/25, KiLynn provided an update stating that in August 2024, she had an L4-L5 herniated disc. In the video that she posted, she is seen touching her toes and said, “Today for the 1st time in a year and a half, I touched my toes. Mommas getting better.”
Rosemary: Fightful Select on 8/22/26 that Rosemary will be out for an extended period of time. No estimated return date, and the extent of the injury is unknown.
NJPW
Royce Isaacs: 07/21/26, Royce announced on will be out for three months with a L5 Disc Desiccation (lower back). He is estimated to return to the ring in late October 2026.
Tomohiro Ishii: New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced that Ishii suffered a neck injury and will miss the New Japan Cup tour. There is no estimated return date.
OTHERS:
Adam Scheer (aka Braun Strowman): On 1/28/26, Scheer announced on social media that he had an infection in his knee. He is currently not signed to any promotion, and there is no estimated return date.
Atlantis Jr.: It was announced on CMLL Informa on May 27th, 2026, that Atlantis Jr is sidelined with a knee injury and will be unable to compete in his scheduled match against Villano III Jr. on Sunday, May 31st. There is no estimated return date.
Atsuki Aoyagi: Aoyagi was pulled out of All Japan Pro Wrestling’s Zennichi Junior Festival tournament because of an ACL injury. A press conference was held on August 5th, announcing his injury. There is no estimated return date.
Bozilla: Bozilla announced on 1/26/26 in a social media post that she has suffered a completely torn ACL and will require surgery. There is no estimated return date.
BRG: On February 17th, BRG announced via social media that he suffered a torn rotator cuff that will require surgery and rehabilitation. There is no estimated return date.
Daiki Inaba: On September 23rd, 2025, at NOAH’s NOAH N-1 Victory Tournament at Korakuen Hall. Inaba suffered a leg injury, which resulted in being transported to a hospital. Inaba was injured when he went for a diving press. Inaba was seen grabbing his right thigh. He was unable to stand after the match and was stretchered off.
LJ Cleary: In a social media post on 10/10/25, LJ announced that he would be out of action for the rest of 2025 due to an undisclosed injury.
Martin Casaus: Martin announced in a social media post that he suffered a complete rupture of his ACL. He announced that he had surgery. There is no estimated return date.
Mercedes Martinez: Mercedes announced that she has a torn ACL and that her in-ring career is over.
Octagon Jr: At the AAA Noche de los Grandes tapings on May 30, Octagon Jr suffered a neck injury. Competing in a five-way match, Octagon took a DDT off the top rope from Joaquin Wilde. The referee seemed to immediately recognize the injury. Octagon did post on social media that he will “come back, stronger than ever.”
Ryo Inoue: Ryo has been pulled from upcoming All Japan Pro Wrestling events through at least 6/11/26. AJPW announced on 6/3 that Ryo suffered a torn ACL. There is no estimated return date, but he would have a thorough examination
Sadie Gibbs: On 7/21/26, Sadie announced in a social media post that she was undergoing ACL Reconstruction Surgery
Santos Escobar: Escobar tore his tricep during Royal Rumble weekend in a match against Hijo de Dr. Wagner. Escobar had surgery on Thursday, March 19th, 2026. On April 15th, Santos announced that he will have surgery on his ulnar nerve. Escobar was released by the WWE on April 24th, 2026. (*Moved to this section because of WWE departure.)
Seri Yamaoka: Seri Yamaoka suffered a dislocated left shoulder in her match against Maddy Morgan on May 28th at the Shinjuku FACE event. There is no estimated return date.
Tyson Dupont: Tyson underwent hip surgery in April 2026 shortly before or after departing the WWE. He is currently rehabbing the injury, and there is no estimated return date.
Victoria Yuzuki: Yuzuki was injured on 4/19/26 with an ACL injury and will be out of action for an extended period of time. There is no estimated return date.
WARHORSE: WARHORSE was injured during his match at Glory Pro Wrestling on December 21. In a social media post, WARHORSE revealed that he suffered a broken fibula. He noted that he is unsure how long he will be sidelined and whether surgery will be required. At this time, there is no estimated return date.
Xavier Woods: On the 2/25 edition of No-Contest Wrestling, Xavier Woods said, “My shoulder has apparently gone through the meat grinder. I have a couple of tears in there. We’re hoping that it’s just physical therapy and I’ll be alright.” There is currently no estimated return date. (*Moved to this section because of WWE departure.)
YO-HEY: YO-HEY suffered a medial meniscus injury in his left knee while competing in Pro Wrestling NOAH’s N-1 Victory event on September 23rd. There is no estimated return date.
