WWE Raw 1/7 Viewership Up From Holiday Episodes; Third Hour Sees Big Drop

Raw isn't off to a great start in 2019 when it comes to viewership, largely thanks to a poor third hour.

ShowBuzzDaily reports that the Jan. 7 episode of Raw averaged 2,324,000 viewers across the three hours. The number is up from last week's viewership -- 1,968,000 viewers -- but last week as a taped show on New Year's Eve.

Monday's episode was the first live edition of Raw since Dec. 17. That episode drew 2,547,000 viewers and was highlighted by the return to television of Vince McMahon and the promise WWE listening to the audience. The Dec. 3 episode (2,285,000 viewers) and Dec. 10 episode (2,193,000 viewers) set all-time viewership lows for the company.

Raw averaged a .79 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
