WWE SmackDown 8/7 Viewership Up, Ratings Remain The Same

SmackDown's viewership went up as the road to SummerSlam continues.

According to overnight numbers released by Showbuzz Daily, the August 7 episode of SmackDown averaged 1.956 million viewers, up from the 1.892 million viewers the July 31 episode averaged.

In the 18-49 demographic, the show drew a 0.5 rating, which is identical to last week's rating in that same demographic. Between ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, and NBC, SmackDown is tied for the highest rating in the 18-49 demo. The show also drew a 0.7 rating in the 25-54 demographic, which is up from last week's 0.6 rating in that same demo

Hourly Breakdown:

Hour 1: 1.924 million viewers, 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic

Hour 2: 1.988 million viewers, 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic
