- ZaRuca (ZARIA & Sol Ruca) & Hank and Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger) vs. The Culling (Niko Vance, Shawn Spears, Tatum Paxley & Izzi Dame).

- After an introduction from Booker T. Huffman, Corey Graves & Vic Joseph welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- The Culling (Niko Vance, Shawn Spears, Tatum Paxley & Izzi Dame) def. ZaRuca (ZARIA & Sol Ruca) & Hank and Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger).
- DarkState (Cutler James, Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin & Saquon Shugars) appeared during the match to cause a brief ruckus.
- Jordynne Grace was kicked out of the building by Ava to prevent any commotion; however, Grace still vowed to get her hands on Blake Monroe.
- Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Jasmyn Nyx) came to the ring to cut a promo. Jayne bragged about being both the NXT Women’s Champion & the TNA Knockouts’ World Champion and said she did it all by herself.
- Lash Legend & Jaida Parker interrupted to call their shots on the NXT Women’s Title. All members of Fatal Influence launched themselves at Legend & Parker, but they were tossed out of the ring.
- Myles Borne & No Quarter Catch Crew (Tavion Heights & Charlie Dempsey) motivated Wren Sinclair backstage.
- Jasper Troy def. Ricky Saints via Countout.
- Trick Williams spoke with High Rhyze (Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe) ahead of his confrontation with The Undertaker. Je’Von Evans said he would watch.
- Trick Williams came to the ring to brag about still being the TNA Champion; however, The Undertaker interrupted and told Williams his attitude would cause his downfall. Williams disregarded Taker’s advice and swung at The Deadman, but Undertaker hit a chokeslam on the TNA Champion.
- Blake Monroe def. Wren Sinclair.
- Jordynne Grace tried to attack Monroe after the match; however, Monroe caught Grace and hit her with a DDT onto a chair.
- Ethan Page came to the ring, where he unveiled the NXT Canadian Title. Santino Marella interrupted and revealed that he would challenge for that title next week. Marella went for The Cobra on
- For some reason, Bully Ray appeared and said he was proud of Wren Sinclair before saying he would speak to Ava to make a match between Tavion Heights and Charlie Dempsey official for next week.
- Yoshiki Inamura went to get some advice from Je’Von Evans backstage.
- NXT Championship – Triple Threat Match: Oba Femi (c) def. Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura.
- Josh Briggs attacked Yoshiki Inamura after the match
- Undertaker met with Je’Von Evans backstage, telling him to go for the biggest dog in the yard before pointing to the television to end the broadcast.
