- In the main event, Asuka defended the WWE Women's Championship against Bianca Belair. Damage CTRL (Bayley and IYO SKY) and Charlotte Flair were at ringside. They started brawling, and Flair dropped Belair with a Spear. The match ended in a disqualification, and IYO SKY tried to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on Asuka. But the champion rallied, misted Bayley, and escaped

- LA Knight came out in front of the crowd and vowed to win the gold sooner or later.

- At the beginning of the show, Bianca Belair came to the ring to discuss her title match in the main event. Charlotte Flair interrupted and stated that she would be next in line for a title shot. Belair agreed to face her at WWE SummerSlam if she won the gold.

- Michael Cole announced that Jey Uso was sidelined with ruptured rib cartilage.

- Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) cheated to defeat Sheamus and Ridge Holland of the Brawling Brutes.

- Shotzi shaved her own head to show Bayley and IYO SKY that she wasn't afraid.

- Jey Uso called himself the real "Head of the Table" before he got into a heated showdown with Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa.

- Santos Escobar defeated Grayson Waller, Butch, and AJ Styles to advance to the next round of the United States Championship Invitational. During the match, Karrion Kross attacked Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows backstage to distract AJ Styles.

- Bobby Lashley returned and told The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) it was time to talk.

- Grayson Waller sent a message to The Rock.

- Bayley defeated Zelina Vega.

- Santos Escobar commented on his win in a SmackDown Exclusive.

- Dark Order (John Silver, Alex Reynolds, and Evil Uno) reflected on their win over The Elite (Hangman Page and the Young Bucks) and noted that it marked the beginning of their resurrection.

- Willow Nightingale defeated Athena to advance to the finals of the Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament.

- In a vignette, AEW announced that the Royal Rampage will return on the July 21 episode of AEW Rampage.

- Lance Archer defeated Trent Beretta and challenged AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy to a match at AEW Battle of the Belts VII. Jake Roberts then stole Cassidy's title.

- After Taya Valkyrie defeated Izzy McQueen, she challenged AEW Women's World Champion Toni Storm to face her at AEW Battle of the Belts VII.

- FTW Champion HOOK agreed to give "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry a title shot on the July 19 episode of AEW Dynamite.

- Naturally Limitless (Keith Lee and Dustin Rhodes) beat Angelo Parker and Matt Menard.

- On the latest edition of QTV, QT Marshall said he would fix things with Powerhouse Hobbs, and Johnny TV challenged The Acclained (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) to a match.

- AEW announced the card for AEW Battle of the Belts VII.

- Athena confronted Willow Nightingale backstage after their match. Nightingale rocked her with a shot to the face and teased coming after the ROH Women's World Championship.
