Battle Royal To Determine AEW TNT Title Challenger Set For 5/27 AEW Dynamite

The first challenger for the AEW TNT Title will be determined on next Wednesday's AEW Dynamite.

AEW announced a battle royal will take place on the May 27 AEW Dynamite with the winner receiving a shot at the AEW TNT Championship on June 3. The number of participants was not named for the battle royal.

The first-ever AEW TNT Champion will be decided on Saturday at AEW Double or Nothing when Cody battles Lance Archer in the finals of the tournament. Cody defeated Shawn Spears and Darby Allin in the tournament while Archer ran through Colt Cabana and Dustin Rhodes to set up the finals on Saturday.

No other matches were announced for next Wednesday.
