Io Shirai left Halloween Havoc still the NXT Women's Champion and Candice LeRae left with a big bruise.
The main event of this year's Halloween Havoc saw Shirai retain her title in a Tables, Ladders and Scares match where the rules are similar to that of a TLC match where the title was hung several feet above the ring.
Late in the match, LeRae was closing in on the title as she was right at the top of a ladder, but Shirai managed to arrive and push LeRae off the ladder and fall more than 15 feet through another ladder outside the ring.
