Jeff Cobb: I Used To Do Fun Stuff In An Alternative Universe

Jeff Cobb (JC Mateo in WWE) was released by WWE on April 24, bringing his time with the company to an end after less than a year.
Cobb joined WWE after being regularly featured in New Japan Pro-Wrestling, where he was part of the United Empire. He won one-half of the IWGP Tag Team Champions alongside Callum Newman when he left the promotion.
On social media, Cobb reacted to an old NJPW highlight where he did a somersault plancha to the outside.
“I used to do fun stuff in an alternative universe….. maybe it’s time to dust off the ol college degree….” he wrote.
