Malakai Black Says He Helped Shawn Michaels Put Together Parts Of Crown Jewel Match

Malakai Black, formerly Aleister Black in WWE, has been praised by Vince McMahon for his creativity and told by Paul Heyman that he's ahead of the game.

Other wrestlers appear to agree with Vince and Paul as Black revealed on a Twitch stream that he helped Shawn Michaels put together his return match at Crown Jewel 2018.

"Sitting down and helping Shawn Michaels put together parts of his match in Saudi Arabia and watching it on TV and they are using parts of things that I opted to do. Those are things where you feel like you're on par with them," said Black.

Michaels came out of retirement to team with Triple H against The Undertaker & Kane in Saudi Arabia. Michaels previously stated that he regretted coming out of retirement for the match.

As for Malakai Black, he's now signed to AEW after making his debut at AEW Dynamite Road Rager, attacking Arn Anderson and Cody Rhodes.
