Today was day one of PROGRESS Wrestling's 'Super Strong Style 16' single elimination tournament. The winner of said tournament will receive a shot at the PROGRESS World Championship which is currently held by Travis Banks at a future event. The show was held from the 'Alexandra Palace' in London with eight matches that took place on today's card and the quarterfinals will take place tomorrow.
