The Revival have an on-screen segment with the boss.
During the second hour of tonight's WWE RAW broadcast, former two-time NXT Tag Team Champions The Revival were shown talking to WWE Chairman Vince McMahon backstage about getting another opportunity at the RAW Tag Team Championships because the last time they challenged Bobby Roode and Chad Gable for the titles, Scott Dawson's foot was under the rope as he was being pinned but the referee missed it and Roode and Gable retained the belts. Dawson and Wilder told Vince McMahon that they wanted an official in the ring who was going to be aware of everything and along came Curt Hawkins who added that he has seen a lot of three counts in his day and Mr. McMahon agreed that Curt is the referee that The Revival are looking for.

The Revival have been in many of headlines over the past few days because of the reports about them asking for their release from WWE. We reported here on Fightful that WWE was fearful that The Revival are going to finish out their contracts and depart from the company. It was also reported by Pro Wrestling Sheet that Dash and Dawson were not happy with the direction that the tag team division was going in and wanted better not only for themselves, but for the entire division as well.
