The Revival want to keep changing the tag team division.
This past Monday on Raw, Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder captured the Raw Tag Team Titles from Chad Gable & Bobby Roode. The Revival had been on a quest to better the tag division for months, complaining on-screen about Lucha House Rules and voicing their displeasure off-screen about the lack of attention paid to the division. Winning the titles on Monday was just the next step in their efforts to revive tag team wrestling in WWE.
Their next step? Bring back the classic WWF Tag Team Titles.
Former WWF Tag Team Champion Hurricane Helms chimed in on the request.
Dash has gone as far as changing his Twitter header to a photo of the classic titles.
WWE recently changed the WWE Title for Daniel Bryan, giving him a more eco-friendly version of the title. In 2011, Cody Rhodes brought back the classic Intercontinental Title with the white strap, which is still used today.
