Baron Corbin On Bouncing Back From Failed Money In The Bank Cash In

Baron Corbin says he is looking forward.

Last year, Baron Corbin won the Money in the Bank briefcase and attempted to cash it in on then champion Jinder Mahal and was unsuccessful. On the All Things Wrestling radio show, Corbin was asked how he rebounded from such a defeat and Corbin credited his upbringing and athletic career for his mentality.

"I think it comes from my whole life. My whole life I've been taught by my dad and through athletics that you can't live in the past, you can't worry about your mistakes," said Corbin. "Especially playing football, it's one play at a time. If you have a bad play you got to wipe it clean because you have another one in about thirty seconds. You learn to look forward constantly and never worry about what happened," he continued.

Corbin went on to say if he was upset about losing the briefcase it would have hindered him moving on with his career to where he is now.

On Sunday at WWE Fastlane, Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, John Cena, and AJ Styles will compete in a six-pack challenge for Styles' WWE Championship.

Fightful Wrestling will have live coverage and a recapping podcast for the pay-per-view.

The whole interview can be heard at player.fm.
